Mr Kamal Arora , the Chairperson of the Chandigarh Sangeet Natak Academy was the chief guest while Mrs Neera Grover, from the music department, Punjab University was the Guest of Honor.

This was followed by an address and a beautiful sitar performance by Pandit Manu Kumar Seen, a celebrated sitar player as also the disciple of Ustaad Lacchman Singh Seen.
